CATME Instructor accounts are automatically deactivated after 18 months of inactivity. Teacher assistant (TA) accounts are deactivated after 12 months of inactivity. While deactivated, your surveys and students will still be saved, in case you want to start using CATME again. If you wish to close your account earlier, please contact email@example.com
If your account has been deactivated and you wish to use CATME, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and request for your account to be reopened.
Student data in the CATME system is protected by federal law, as the instructors own the student data under their license. Because of this, CATME does not deactivate student accounts. If you want your account deleted, please contact the instructor(s) who entered you into a CATME survey and ask to have your name deleted from any associated surveys.
